Working in the auto dealership acquisition space should be a quite, steady, and confidential effort. You don't; advertise the specifics of a listing, call everyone to say who is for sale or be the biggest splash in the pond as a Broker! Yet some Brokers are doing just that! It takes some time if the location is an issue, the facility is not imaged, the brand is not hot. Professional Brokers manage the process of selling in a step by step fashion. There are several steps to take to weed out the buyers that just want to learn what is for sale in their market, before these buyers learn who is for sale. A good Broker is valuable.
